SVN Alliance continues growth with addition of three new advisors
ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (June 1, 2017) — With nearly one year serving Volusia and Flagler counties, SVN Alliance adds three new advisors. Chance Jewels, Kendrick Ross and Katie McGonigal will be specializing in different areas of the commercial real estate industry.
Chance will be focusing on industrial, office and land asset types while leading the company’s expansion into Flagler and St. Johns county markets. Prior to joining SVN Alliance, Chance led a successful career in residential real estate in the Palm Coast and St. Augustine areas. Chance is a Florida native with extensive knowledge of the Northeast Florida area.
Kendrick is focusing on multifamily asset types in the Central Florida market. Kendrick is a Princeton University graduate with more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience in various industries. Prior to joining SVN Alliance, Kendrick worked for Advance Publications Inc. for 16 years. There, Kendrick specialized in advertising sales, marketing and executive management for the multinational firm that owns several media outlets in northern New Jersey. Kendrick served as president and publisher of the Jersey Journal in Jersey City, N.J., from 2006 until 2014.
Katie was selected to spearhead SVN Alliance principal Barbara Coomber’s succession plan. McGonigal’s dedication and passion for real estate, along with her systems knowledge and research background has attracted the attention of Coomber, a 35-plus-year veteran in the commercial real estate field. McGonigal will apply her research and marketing knowledge to advance the progress of Coomber’s expertise at SVN Alliance Commercial Real Estate Advisors.
When asked about the new advisors, managing director, Carl Lentz IV, MBA, CCIM, stated: “When we started SVN Alliance one year ago, we made a conscious decision to grow responsibly. Market conditions and the talent displayed by our three new advisors warranted bringing them on board to join our team. We are excited to see their early success and look forward to additional growth this year.”
