POMPANO BEACH, Fla. (June 7, 2017) – SVN Commercial Realty senior director Joel A. Kattan and president Keith Kidwell, SIOR, CCIM, collaborated on the sale of the former Pompano Masonry Corp. site to U-Haul of Pompano Beach, which has an existing location on an adjacent property on South Andrews Avenue. The $2.2 million transaction was for three parcels comprising 2.23 acres and a 12,448-square-foot building.

“This was a desirable property with its direct access to and visibility from Interstate 95,” said Kattan, who specializes in industrial, office and retail properties located in Dade and Broward counties. “The purchase is a prudent move by U-Haul of Pompano Beach and allows for rapid expansion.”

The two-story building, which was constructed in 1959, is a combination of warehouse, maintenance and office space, with a clear height of 22 feet.
