SVN Florida Growth Continues from Naples to Ft Myers and JAX to the Treasure Coast

These are exciting times at SVN Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors. With the recent launch of SVN KOVA in Southwest FL, we look at further expansion from Martin and Brevard counties up to Jacksonville on the state’s east coast. SVN Florida continues to assemble high-level professional teams to serve more than 25 commercial real estate markets in the state. More on that later.

First, I am proud to welcome SVN KOVA, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm that also offers institutional-quality property management. We now have 20 CRE professionals in SW Florida serving the Naples, Bonita Springs and Fort Myers markets.

What’s really exciting and interesting here is that SVN KOVA is the result of Naples-based KOVA Companies affiliation of its brokerage and property management divisions with SVN, plus the addition of our established offices in Fort Myers and Naples.

Anthony Emma Jr., a seasoned CRE veteran, will lead the SVN KOVA team as managing partner. He is joined by SVN managing director Steve Cunningham, CCIM, MAI, along with advisor Bryan J. Myers and the SVN Fort Myers team. Ed Boeder and Patty McClimans, SVN managing directors in Naples and Bonita Springs, are also now part of SVN KOVA. This is a dynamic and energetic group with decades of experience serving clients.

In addition to serving the vibrant Southwest Florida market, SVN KOVA brings to SVN Florida property management capabilities that can be delivered statewide. I see institutional-quality property management as a significant growth area for SVN Florida. Clients have been requesting PM and our advisors are excited to offer it as part of their value proposition.

Meanwhile, other markets have caught my attention in the past year, foremost Jacksonville on the First Coast, along with Martin County on the Treasure Coast and Brevard County on the Space Coast. Each area is positioned to be a flourishing commercial real estate market that we are eager to engage. Our Jacksonville wheels are already in motion with expansion out of our SVN Alliance office in Ormond Beach.

Currently on the Treasure Coast, I am seeking the right CRE professional to serve as a Team Leader and grow our presence in those markets. With the strength of our national brand, the most powerful technology tools, systems, resources, deal flow from SVN advisors—in and out of state—including institutional distressed asset assignments, and the highest commission splits in the industry, the Team Leader is well-positioned for success.

BTW—stay tuned … more to come very soon from the First Coast and Space Coast.
