By David Kendall, SVN Florida advisor and marina property and financing expert
It’s hard to believe that the new year has already begun and that IMBC is right around the corner. But here we are.
It’s going to be another exciting year for the marina and boatyard industry. I’m particularly interested in the trends related to the mix of family versus privately owned facilities, increased revenues and profits, and automated dry storage facilities that are in design and permitting.
If you’re attending IMBC, I’d be glad to meet with you to talk more about specific properties, market trends and developing changes that will impact the marina and boatyard industry. This will be SVN’s third year participating in this conference and the second time as a general sponsor.
And check back here after IMBC wraps up for my follow up report on what the buzz was and what we learned at the conference.
