Jacksonville, Fla. (Oct. 2, 2017) – Blair “Red” Greenlaw has been named Regional Director for SVN Alliance, where he will spearhead the expansion of SVN’s presence in the Northeast Florida region. In this capacity, Greenlaw will assemble a team of commercial real estate advisors to serve the First Coast; a region experiencing a CRE boom – especially within the multi-family, industrial and retail sectors.

Greenlaw has extensive real estate experience as an investor, project manager, and CRE agent. He has experience brokering industrial, office, self-storage and land transactions. In building the SVN Alliance team in Jacksonville, he recognizes the area offers a wide array of professional talent.

Before earning his real estate license, Greenlaw served the United States for two decades as a pilot in the U.S. Navy, where he still holds a commission as a commander in the Navy Reserve. Greenlaw commanded a U.S. Navy aviation squadron (VR-62 Nomads), earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree from The Naval War College.
