SANFORD, Fla. – SVN Florida senior advisor Ali Mushtaq coordinated the sale of a 1.98-acre parcel at State Road 46 and Hickman Drive off Interstate 4 in a high-demand area of Seminole County. The transaction, which closed on May 8, was for $1.65 million. The seller was Paramand Investment Group Inc. and the buyer was Hallmark Equity Partners LLC.
“The buyer immediately recognized that this highly visible site would be ideal for a hotel,” said Mushtaq, who is a land and development specialist with more than 15 years of experience. “You can see the parcel from Interstate 4 and it is surrounded by well-known national brands.”
The site, fronted by a Wawa convenience store, is within walking distance of a McDonald’s, Outback Steakhouse, Chevron and OfficeMax, among others, and is a block away from the popular Seminole Towne Center. A 123-room WoodSpring Hotel is planned for the parcel, he said.
Mushtaq also noted the strong demographics in the area, which attracts international visitors and is close to the Orlando Sanford International Airport.
