JUPITER, Fla. – Advisor Tori Segedin has joined SVN Florida’s Jupiter office, where she will lead clients with commercial real estate acquisitions, lease obligations and asset reposition, among other CRE segments. Segedin, formerly with Keyes Commercial, is a third-generation resident of Palm Beach County and therefore has extensive knowledge of the market. She has developed a strong client base in commercial real estate, particularly in West Palm Beach.

“Tori has cultivated an impressive network of investors, business owners and property owners in West Palm Beach and surrounding areas,” said Jerry Anderson, CCIM, executive managing director of SVN Florida. “With her client-first approach, she will serve this flourishing market well. Plus, she has embraced the SVN philosophy of collaboration among advisors, which certainly is a benefit for her clients.”

Segedin also has a simplistic, yet meaningful, approach to her craft: “I believe that with strong collaboration, respect and honesty, anything is possible between myself and my clients,” she said.

Prior to joining the ranks of commercial real estate, Segedin’s diverse background included teaching middle school students and a stint as a microbiologist. A graduate of Florida State University, she’s a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.

SVN is the only commercial real estate company that markets all of its properties to the entire brokerage and investment community. SVN advisors share commission fees with cooperating brokers to close more deals in less time and at the right value for clients. This open, transparent and collaborative approach to real estate is the SVN difference. SVN Florida provides services in more locations than any other Florida commercial real estate company.
