SVN Alliance facilitates transaction with contract to close in only 35 days
VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. (September 7, 2018) – Advisors from SVN Florida Land Alliance managed a $16 million transaction involving 6,300 acres in the cities of Edgewater and New Smyrna Beach, Fla. The property is on the west side of Interstate 95 in a rapidly growing part of Florida’s east coast.
This major land deal took only 35 days from contract to closing. The seller of the expansive acreage was NC CS Hammock Creek, LLC.

The land is situated conveniently for population growth, close enough to Brevard County to attract residents who can commute to work in the space industry.
