Including Tony Veldkamp’s Top Producer recognition, 24 SVN Florida advisors earn top honors from SVN International

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla. (March 13, 2019) – Tony Veldkamp, CCIM, SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota, has been named Top Producer for 2018 among SVN Florida’s more than 100 advisors across the state. In addition, Veldkamp, along with Joel KattanSVN Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale, earned Partners Circle, an elite designation SVN International bestows on top-performing advisors.

In a year described as SVN International’s best in its history by Kevin Maggiacomo, SVN International president and CEO, two Florida offices placed in SVN International’s Top 10 offices: SVN Florida Commercial Real Estate Advisors based in Jupiter (No. 5), and SVN Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale (No. 8).

Earning the designation of Managing Director of the Year for 2018 was the team of Larry Starr and Matt Christian, both of SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota. The award recognizes a model office environment, one that fosters collaboration, maintains outstanding performance achievements from advisors, and is on a path for continued growth.

The national Top Deal Story award went to Keith Kidwell, SIOR, CCIM, SVN Commercial Realty in Fort Lauderdale, with Ashley Bloom, SVN Lotus in Sarasota, taking second. The Top Deal Story is a special recognition that highlights SVN’s culture of collaboration. To earn the award, the advisor must highlight and explain how he or she collaborated and cooperated with other SVN advisors and used the SVN platform to close a $5 million-plus size deal.

In a banner year for SVN Florida team members, more than 24 advisors earned the elite recognition of Partners Circle, President’s Circle and Achievers recognitions, all of which are based on achieving high-performance milestones.
