Bowden, who has earned numerous top honors while at SVN, will serve Sarasota, Manatee and Hillsborough counties

Sarasota, Fla. (July 30, 2019) – Gail Bowden has rejoined SVN Commercial Advisory Group in Sarasota, Fla., as senior investment advisor. Her successful commercial real estate career spans more than 30 years and is highlighted by numerous awards and recognitions. Bowden will serve Sarasota and the surrounding counties.

A nationally recognized advisor, Bowden ranked as the SVN Top Performing Advisor in Florida for both 2013 and 2015. In addition to being the top Florida producer in 2015, she ranked No. 3 worldwide.

Other honors include being named Real Estate Forum’s 2016 Women of Influence, along with many prestigious “top sales,” “top producer,” “Partners Circle” and “President’s Circle” accolades.
